This included giving half of the people with Garcinia Cambogia pills while the other half was given just a dummy pill. These people were given the same kind of high fiber diet. But there was no significant difference in the weight loss in both the groups. In fact, the people who had opted for this pill became too dependent on the pill and ignored the exercise and diet control which is the most important part of any weight loss program.
